Du Mingxin, Michelle, born in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, on November 20, 2001, has a keen interest in the area of media and communication. During her undergraduate period, she interned at IFENG.com (formerly known as Phoenix), where she was captivated by the allure of today’s media industry. In addition, she has a strong passion for the outside world. In her junior year, she participated in the ICE programme at the University of Cambridge and an online programme about media and communication at the National University of Singapore. These experiences provided her with a different perspective on the rise and fall of media.

Beyond her experience in media, she is also deeply curious about individual existence and the mysteries of the universe. Additionally, she enjoys exploring the mysticism of both Eastern and Western traditions, such as the I Ching, Ba Zi, and astrology, and looks forward to uncovering the developmental patterns of various phenomena through these mystical studies. This has shaped her optimistic and romantic outlook on life. She believes that life is like an offline game in which each person is the protagonist who can control the plot.
