While walking along the Avenue of Stars at K11 in Tsim Sha Tsui with my roommates, we saw a lot of stalls and one was selling ham ice cream.
“Buy ice cream and get ham free”, ‘Exclusive Jinhua ham ice cream in Hong Kong, sweet and salty, nice flavor, $20 a cup’.
I had never seen such a peculiar flavor before, so I chatted with the stall owner, who is from Jinhua, Zhejiang Province in China, and the company she works for is a listed company that makes and sells ham.
We purchased a cup to taste and it was unexpectedly delicious, with a sea salt and cheese flavor that was very special, so we bought more food from the stall and added contact information.
