Hi! I’m Christina (Junwen Zhao), a Hong Kong-based multimedia journalist and content creator with roots in Yunnan, China. Over eight years here, I’ve honed a hybrid craft in The University of Hong Kong: blending essential journalism skillsets with the pulse of digital storytelling.

My portfolio spans cultural analysis, trend reporting, and interview-driven narratives. For PRESTIGE Magazine, I dissected the “golfcore” phenomenon, merging fashion critique with sports sociology—a project that later led me to moderate a Hong Kong Open roundtable with legend Gary Player and publish an exclusive interview on his legacy. These experiences taught me to find compelling angles in niche topics and amplify them for global audiences.

Today, I channel this ethos into building @_hris_ina (Instagram) and Tina Golfs (RedNote)—social platforms where I experiment with bite-sized storytelling, from Reels dissecting cultural trends to carousel deep-dives into subcultures. My focus? Crafting visually driven, shareable content that balances substance with style and aesthetic.

While golf remains a passion project, my broader mission is to push creative boundaries in digital journalism. I’m drawn to projects that fuse data, design, and narrative—think interactive documentaries, podcast series, or AR-driven features.

Always down to collaborate to turn ideas into stories that stick!
