Natalia Xue is currently a Master student in Journalism studied in HKU. She used to study at Beijing Foreign Studies University major in Portuguese Language and Culture. She is proficient in three languages: Mandarin, English and Portuguese.
As Natalia’s dynamic personality, she loves exploring the colorful world. Her biggest dream is going on trip every month, of course, if the budget allows. That’s the exact reason why she choose foreign language as her undergraduate major– to know the world, to know the people, to know the culture.
Now, she determined to further her studies in the field of journalism and communication. Because she hopes to learn a diverse range of communication methods to share her experiences and insights with more people around the world, allowing people to feel the cultural similarities, the richness of world, and the warmth between lives.
Although she is lively and full of curiosity, she has a sensitive heart. She enjoys observing the tiny shinning things in the world, such as an elderly sanitation worker or a guard dog tied up with a chain. Therefore, she hopes to create more delicate yet extremely helpful works in her classes this semester to let more people know about their stories.
Also, she is an extremely dog lover!!! If you love dogs, please go out with her to explore those dog coffee shops!!!
