Hong Kong&#8217;s creative industries are mainly divided into eight categories, including advertising, architecture, design, digital entertainment, film, music, printing and publishing, and television.<\/p>\n<p>From 2009 to 2022, the number of employment in the printing &amp; publishing industry in Hong Kong showed a rapid decline, from <strong>46,500<\/strong> in 2009 to <strong>29,390<\/strong> in 2022, with the fastest decline from <strong>2020 to 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Employment in the digital entertainment industry has shown a rapid upward trend, rising from <strong>15,410<\/strong> in 2009 to <strong>29,070<\/strong> in 2022, with the fastest growth in <strong>2016 to 2017<\/strong>.
