Ziqi Zhang s a journalism graduate student at The University of Hong Kong, with a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication from The University of Melbourne. She gained valuable newsroom experience as a fact-checking intern at Agence France-Presse (AFP) in Hong Kong, where she collaborated with international teams to verify viral content and ensure accuracy in news reporting. Ziqi also gained valuable public relations experience during her internships at Ogilvy and Hylink in Beijing, including contributions to campaigns for the Beijing Winter Olympics and global brands like Tudor and P&G. She further honed her storytelling skills as a content planner for “We in Australia,” where she produced in-depth interviews with Chinese entrepreneurs, showcasing their journeys through creative video narratives. Ziqi combines her passion for media innovation with a strong sense of social responsibility, striving to bridge global audiences with authentic stories.
