On most days, these rolls, pastries and loaves end up in one of the city\u2019s numerous landfills\u2014just another item among the tons of food that Hong Kongers throw out every day. At the same time, almost a quarter of the population here struggle with food insecurity. Luckily, our unsold bread is about to take a more hopeful journey.
