In a time where everything is progressing as fast as it gets, the stories slow things down for us \u2013 showing how old interacts with new, how culture is constantly evolving and that progress is rarely linear. From investigations of cultural changes to the forces quietly reshaping Hong Kong, these stories reflect a city in motion, told by reporters who cared enough to listen closely.<\/p>\n

In Genesis, you will find stories of individuals, niche cultures and sweeping developments \u2013 the range is immense. Our reporters crossed borders, conducted in-depth interviews and undertook extensive research to bring each story to life. It has been a wonderful collaboration between the editorial team and reporters, and we hope you find a piece of them that resonates with you. <\/p>\n

To the team behind Genesis, you have impressed me with how collaborative and dedicated each of you are to bring these final projects to life, giving them your utmost care and attention. I have learned so much from each and every one of you and it has been an honour to lead such a sophisticated team. <\/p>\n
